About me
My name is Dr Madeleine O’Rourke. I’m a leading medical aesthetics doctor.
In my practice, I’m passionate about positive ageing with a skin-first approach. I lean on the best scientific evidence without compromising on an elevated experience for my patients.
I grew up in Waterford, before moving to Galway to study Medicine. I worked in general medicine and surgery prior to completing postgraduate training in medical aesthetics, facial ageing and dermatology.
I hold an Honorary Clinical Lecturer title with RCSI as well as training medical professionals in the field of aesthetic medicine.
I believe in the beauty of subtlety, results are effective yet undetectable. I am dedicated to providing a service of excellence for my patients.
My approach
My practice is centred around consultation. I insist on a consultation with all new patients.
The consultation is an opportunity to get to know each other and and for me to share my expertise with you. This is where I develop my signature protocol for you. The consultation is essential to ensure our goals are aligned are your treatments are planned to perfection.
I learn about your ideas, concerns and expectations. I learn about your current at home skincare and previous aesthetic treatments. I learn about your lifestyle and your mindset. Together we formulate a holistic treatment protocol to achieve your desired goals.
This signature protocol, which includes a bespoke skincare plan, is then sent to you to allow you to think everything over. Once you’re ready, you can book in for your treatments and begin your journey with me.
